My prices are set to what we feel they are worth, we will not work for any less than it's listed.

You reserve the right to contact me at any moment about your commission

asking for updates, WIPs, Marking changes, fixes during the progress of your commission. but please keep "when will it be done" questions to a minimum.

you reserve the right to cancel the commission at certain points. a refund will be given depending on how much work has been finished. if your commission is 60-100% complete, you are not eligible for a refund!. 35% of downpayment also non-ferundable.

You must to be 18+ to commissioning a fursuit.

Each piece is tailored to fit the individual's needs as best as possible.

While commissioning you MUST have a proper reference sheet.

Reference should be UP TO DATE and easy to read, see, and in high resolution quality.

Any all changes must be mentioned prior.

I will not responsible for any missed details due to poorly constructed ref!

If you plan on changing your character design (and fursuit has already been started on) there will be included fees.

If you plan to change your character completely, please message us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so I don't start the wrong project! (unless the colors are the same) and charge you fees for character & design change.

I will require a DTD if you ordering a fullsuit.

A rough quote can be gotten through our price list. it's not always correct any may price you a bit over.

An accurate quote can be gotten directly from us, they can take a few hours to calculate or longer depending on our schedule.

Quote will be valid for 2 months and no longer. all our prices are subject to change with improvement.

Quotes do not guarantee you a slot in the queue, nor do they mean you have to make payment. they are only given as a price estimate.

Once your commission has been accepted and approved we will need a 35% downpayment (non-refundable) of the final price for materials.

The 35% must be paid within 1 month of your commission being accepted. If failed to do so, You will be replace in the queue with another customer.

Payment plans can be arranged with a minimum of $150 or IDR300.000 Per month.

Payment is only accepted through PayPal or Local Bank transfer in USD or IDR for local.

If you wish to provide your own fabric, please tell me about it in the commission form and we can discuss shipping, price & or details.

I strongly recommend making sure you are financially able to afford buying fursuit before commissioning us.

I take payment plans but do keep in mind that the order of our project queue is based upon payments.

I have our style that is going to change and update over time.

If you feel our style is not suited for you please don't commissioning us.

I do not make Kimono or Realistic style.

I will also NOT directly copy other people's work. if you want a suit that looks like "Other maker" go commissioning them!.

I accept any species that i think i can make.

Not all glasses fit in my head style, we suggest you use contact lens for a better vision.

I do NOT do deadlines!!! Due to slow material shipping, real-life events, etc.

My turnaround time is usually three months to a year MAX if there are no issues.

Please don't begging to be priority, I'm working based on queue line, so please be patient.

Shipping costs are an additional charge that will be added to your price. costs may vary depending where you live.

Shipping will be done through EMS Pos Indonesia for international and JNE for local.

I'm not responsible for any lost & damaged items, as well as any customs or extra fees that might have to pay.

You will be given a tracking number once the package has been sent out.

Each suit comes with a 1-month warranty where all repairs are free. all you have to pay is shipping.

If repair will need an expensive amount of material, a fee may be applied.

My warranty does not cover refurbishments.

After 1 months all repairs will have to be paid for, fees will vary depending on the repair.
